Apple Valley Travel Park: Apple Valley Travel Park is a seasonal park that is open from April 1st to November 1st. It has 93 campsites which is composed of daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal sites. Blue Ridge Travel Park: Open April-November, picnic area. Located on 10 acres in Henderson County's apple growing region. 58 lots all full hookup, with 30 AMP electrical service.  3576 Chimney Rock Road, Hendersonville NC 28792, 828-685-9207.

Jaymar Travel Park:  Jaymar Travel Park is family-owned and operated and is the largest RV park in the Hendersonville, NC area. This 40-acre park, developed in 1979 is located in an area of rolling hills and apple orchards,surrounded by mountain views. Park Place RV Park: Located 3 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 48 level sites, all full hook-up, 47 are pull-through. Wi-fi high speed internet now available from campsites. 501 South Allen Rd., Flat Rock, NC 28731; 828-693-3831.

Red Gates Cottages and RV Park: Located on a gently rolling meadowland with a 2 acre lake and surrounded by beautiful wooded areas. Cottages and 20 large lots with full hookups, hot showers, laundry facilities and sandy swimming beach. 259 Red Gates Lane, Hendersonville NC 28792, 828-685-8787.

Rutledge Lake RV Park and Cabins: Friendly professional service, and clean and well-maintained facilities. Lake fishing, boating and canoeing. 170 Rutledge Road, Fletcher NC  28732, 828 654-7873.

Town Mountain Travel Park: Large shady campsites with full hook-ups, a patio, and a picnic table. Cable TV is available on some sites and some sites have telephone hook-ups. Also cottage rentals.
